Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. Numbers are ported from your current provider, and we coordinate the switchover so there's no gap in service.
What does the phone line switch-off mean for us?
Traditional analogue and ISDN lines are being withdrawn across the UK. If your phones, alarms or card machines still use them, they'll need to move to an internet-based service. We can check what you have and plan the change.
Do we need new handsets?
Not always. Some existing IP phones can be reused. If not, we'll recommend handsets that suit how each person works.
How much does a 3CX phone system cost for a small business?
It depends on the number of users, whether it is hosted or on your own hardware, and which handsets you need. We give you an estimated price, including VAT, before any work starts.
Can staff answer the office number from home?
Yes. With the 3CX app on a laptop or mobile, calls to the office number ring wherever staff are working.
